C-130 Firebomber down

I'm sure you've all seen it on the news (or will soon) but a C-130 Hercules went down in California, killing all three on board. From the video (yes it's all on tape) it looks like the main spar cracked since both wings left the aircraft. My question is what caused it?

My condolences goes out to these brave mens families.
