This is strictly my opinion and I'm not contesting yours in any way. I think this scenario would have to be fleshed out a little more. I think in this scenario, if the center section of aircraft B was used as the basis for a rebuild then fine, it would be aircraft B. But using a tail wheel from aircraft B, with the remainder new built would make this a replica. Just my opinion.
