I'd be interested to learn more about this as well. All I currently know of are the dumps off the coast of Queensland, Australia, and the Quilon Coast area of India. I wonder if these dumps basically denote the location of the plane's relative carriers at the time the order was given to 'liquidate assets' :) It would be an interesting time line to establish.
