Yes the P-40 fuselage is near completion , but the wings need major work . RNZAF is converting it to an E , because they were in service with our AF , not F models. Reversable if necessary I guess.
Election coming up in July and the opposition has promised to reverse the decision to scap the strike force ....doubt if that will be enough to get them in though !
