I would agree.. The trouble is the 'value aspect'. 5 Ar-196's would be worth recovering. However, the cost of them to recover and restore is vast. When you add in the new school roof where is the profit and without the profit no one will do anything...

You told the story of the Russian who wanted $100,000 for wreckage of something because he saw one for sale (a flyer) for that amount....
