Hi folks,
I've tried a few times to get info using this forum and now I'm trying again! Looking for anyone who has photos, stories and PARTS! for the Canadian built Lancaster Mk. X (factory, WW2 and post-war). A significant part of my research has been to locate and document photos of EVERY Mk. X Lancaster built. Not only war time use but also in their post war RCAF livery. Please drop by my website and have a look around. Presently I have photos of approximately 45% of the post war Lancs in my collection (out of 100+).
ALSO - looking for Lancastrian INTERIOR PHOTOS! Anything on this subject is most appreciated from any Airline.
Last thing: I'm beginning a long-term project to build a complete cockpit & nose section replica of KB882 in her post-war RCAF configuration (including the 40" nose extension). If anyone has cockpit and nose parts please let me know.
Cheers all,
Troy
