Don't tell me the WIX has been stumped!

OK, here is a better description of what I think is the "Bejing NR-1"...
 low wing mono-plane
 tricycle landing gear
 rear gear retracts forward into engine nacelle
 front gear retracts backwards
 two radial engines (since round forward opening, and since gear retracts into nacelle it can?t be inline, and definitely not a turbo prop)
 two blade propellers
 engine nacelles built into the wing (not slung below or placed above)
 some kind of duct or cooling port mounted on the aft top side of the nacelle
 vertical portion of the tail has a P-39 like shape
 not a T-tail, i.e. not a high horizontal stabilizer, i.e. ?standard? horizontal stabilizer positioning
 5 square passenger windows down the starboard side aft of the cockpit windows
 no entry door on the starboard side
 mainly white with red lightning bolt stripe down the side
 red cowls
 markings include Chinese symbols on the nose that end with ?-1?

Someone out there must know something about the NR-1. Looking for a first flight date of the type.

Regards,

Mike

: ...but then maybe not. I have been trying to find some in
: formation regarding the "Beijing NR-1". There is at least
: one complete example at the Beijing Aeronautical Institut
: e, the same place that has the P-61 and P-47. I assume it
: was a civil/commercial transport, but then it might have
: been a military aircraft as well. I have not been able to
: find anything in my books at home, and google has not tur
: ned up anything as well (very unusual). Would anyone be a
: ble to tell me what the approximate first flight date of t
: he type is?
