Buttercup, a really sweet cat, was the keeper of the West Houston Hangar, CAF during the 1980s and part of the 1990s. Sweet disposition, cool cat.

There are three black cats at the Brookshire Air Force Hangar, one of them has a very short tail. They are all very tame, and affectionate. Your stay there, while watching airplanes take off and land, or while you hangar talk, is better if you like cats, because they will always come to you, for a pat and a purr.

I don't know if any of the four cats has ever flown.
