Hawker Hurricane IV

While looking at the Hawker Restorations website I noticed quite an extensive photo montage of one of their next Hurricane projects. The aircraft looks very advanced and is now more or less complete. Does anyone know if this is the Fighter Collection aircraft ? How far off of being finished is it, and the usual question, when will it fly ?
As TFC are not opposed to sending out their aircraft to external rebuilders why not send the LA11 off to New Zealand. They appear to have done a good job on the LA9 from OFMC.
