You have both written most of what was Mick's persona as I knew him. I first came about his postings on the old WW forum which always made an interesting read. In the correspondance that I had with him, Mick was always courteous, loyal and a staunch supporter of the warbird movement in general, especially his beloved MKXIX Spitfire. I hope that as a group we can make something permanent to dedicate to him. The raucous chatter of the Griffon from his beloved MKXIX Spitfire will always remind me of this gent.
