My bet would be on you having the next airworthy one in Canada - the guy out west? slowly putting one together (a B35, IIRC). He's already most of the way there, and seems to be principally handicapped by lack of funds.
The new fuselage venture in NZ is one hell of a major project and deserves a lot of congratulations, but my thoughts are that it takes a lot more than a fuselage to build up a Mosquito. Though the wing doesn't need a mould to produce it, in its own way it's equally complex.
