I've never heard either of these stories, but I sure would like more info about the P-61's!

Any idea where these were dumped? The shore isn't visible from Hawthorne, so he must have gone to the beach...but where?

Also, does anyone know the final disposition of the 12 P-61Cs that were transferred to the Marines as trainers and were designated F2Ts in 1946??????
