The V1 flew with a pilot under the designation Re 4.
Who knows, there might be a manned version of this craft too before we know! ;-) Hopefully it wont be designed for the same type of mission as the Re 4 or it might get the name X-45A "Baka".
On the serious side, it is an exciting accomplishment!
