Here is a pic that appeared on the Aero News network from this past weekends Chino airshow. Nice pic of the Spit. However, what really interests me is the nose of the P-51A in the foreground. Did they not repaint this bird into a British green/grey camo scheme? Here it looks to be back in its' good old brown/green camo. Did they repaint it again or are all of those pics I've seen of a green/grey P-51A of a different aircraft entirely? Temporary paint maybe? Just wondering, Chad.
