It's outside the interests of WIX, but they also used Tay for two different jet engines separated by about 30 yrs or so. IIRC, the only UK application of the first one was to power the Tay Viscount. In USA, it met reasonable success as the P&W J48, and also in Fance as the Hispano-Suiza Tay (Mystere IV).
