Identification required

G'day all,
Well, this time it's me asking for help in indentifying a part. It says on it, that it's a 'Resistance Relay Box'. So, obviously I do know what it is, however I have never seen anything like it before and neither had another very knowledgeable guy that I showed it to. The AM reference number is 5D/1165. Anyone have any idea as to what aircraft might have used this piece? Thanks.
