Use of copyrighted photos... Please clarify for me!

Uhhhhhh.... I didn't use Lani's photo, I only linked to the URL. I didn't copy the photo, I didn't sell the photo, I didn't distribute the photo, nor did I alter the photo in any way. I only pointed to the existing location of the photo which is located on the museum website.

Please explain how this violates the copyright (or Lani's sensibilities).

In the future, you might want to e-mail comments like this directly to the person that made the post.
