Not sure; there seem to have been at least two though--I've seen stills of blazing Mossies in two different poses, one on its belly and the other nosed-over. The latter has appeared in print, rather wrenchingly, both as an intact but alight airframe and as a burning wing and engines with the fuselage completely consumed...the wing-only shot appears, without comment, in a 633 Sqn promo article in one of the earliest issues (Vol 1 #2) of Air Classics magazine, dating to 1963. Such a pic now would provoke howls of outrage in any vintage-air mag...times certainly change!
One of the surviving ex-633 Mossies has also been referred to as having sustained fire damage during filming, so it seems Mirisch really went to town on what were, after all, just time-expired old RAF aircraft at the time...
