Guys, I have not yet checked the link, but let me offer this:
Everyone in Latin America, is really aware of what prices the aircraft command in the world market. The times when you could go and get something for basically nothing, are long over. It is all a matter of contacts, people you know.
Now, there are examples in display or preservation, that will not be sold. There are groups of historians and enthusiasts at the local level, who would raise a stink if they found out that some of the nation's heritage is going to be sold.
