P-47 - Hows this for an amazing preservation

Picture taken circa 1990 in Gusap, Papua New Guinea. These remains were later overtaken again by a landslide in the area. The wreckage was reported as "destroyed", but how much destruction could a landslide cause to something already considered "wreckage"?
I suppose what's left of the plane is still there.
