Bluntly, if you've the time to be interested in old aircraft, you aren't poor enough to notice the difference. Five bucks isn't four times better than 20 bucks. There's an admission fee. It's not extortionate. If you don't want to play, don't.
The aircraft belong to FHC. They own them. They can, legally, do roughly anything they like with them, including 20 bucks for a guided tour. That (IMO) is a reasonable amount of bang.
