My uncle lent me his SPH-4 helmet for my helicopter flying, but it's a very old model with totally crap lining inside.
To imnprove comfort, I bought a roll of plastic bubble paper, cut two sheets up and fitted them between the foam the the webbing inside.
Voil?, super comfy helmet in about 5 minutes!!! :oDD
