Vampire north of Ware, UK... is it still there? Serial#?

As a child in England during the 70's I used to see an old vampire with bright orange markings along one of the B-roads north of Ware (as my family drove from Langley to Ipswich). It seemed to be parked near an office or factory building. I have always wondered who owned it, what its serial is, history etc. Is it still there? All those years in the open must have taken a terrible toll. If anyone knows anything about it, I would be very grateful to know the details. If there's a picture... that would be even better.
