I'd second the Hendon visit as a No 1 London priority. If you are anything like me you'd want to spend a whole day there if possible (and try to get locked in...). Not much time to do it justice though if you tried to fit in other London venues. Depends how much time you have.
If any of your other UK dates did fall through: Duxford as a working restoration and flying museum is hard to beat anywhere else in this part of the world. Lots of restoration projects to walk around including a well advanced Bristol Beaufighter which will fly one day and perhaps quite a few airframes you would struggle to see anywhere else. If you did go, you could easily get a train to Cambridge and a local bus to Dx.
