Peter,
The "aircraft" that is mounted at RCAF Alymer is actually a restored wind-directional indicator (hence it's weird and non-conforming shape). It is an authentic piece and was used during WWII by BCATP crews. I am not sure if that one was from the RCAF Alymer facility but regardless it is a unique piece of RCAF history.
