I have to say that most of the clipped-wing Stearman sprayers were pretty ugly... of course a sprayer is not attractive anyhow.

I always disliked the long nose on the civil B-23 Dragons too, but at the same time I liked many of the On-Mark Invaders... the plane could wear it well. They looked much better than the civil mod B-25s with the faired noses (I recall an oil co. having one like it registered N01L)

However, I agree that the frankensteined C-45c coming from Volpar... like the ones that flew with Connie Kalitta Air, were by far and away the worst. Tri-gear, long nose, longer fuselage, turboprops... all with the old twin tails. Looked like the guy who did the plastic surgery on Michael Jackson was lead engineer at that conversion facility!
