I would say it is similar to any mark of Merlin.
Then of course I have not measured/compared the Meteor vs Merlin pistons etc.
I believe the tolerances are bigger on this engine than the air-borne version since it only moves on land with lesser security demands.
Next issue is papers and logs and warranty for airworthiness with this resource.
I doubt that Meteor parts is possible to inhibit in a Merlin and then supposed to fly with these parts with no other action taken.
But that is just a feeling.
But for ground runs and static use I am sure they will work.
I am sure there is more people out there(here) who knows and even had tried it!
