Tony,
The earliets she will come down is this summer but there is lots to do before that including getting approval by council. Once she is out at the airport she will be reassembled fairly quickly and then restoration can begin while she is outdoors. This has been done before with the Lancaster at Calgary, all her interior has just about been completed and they have redone the elevators and gun turrets.
