In Cleveland, the Crawford Museum has a static Mustang. There are a couple of gate guard F-4s at Burke Lakefront and that is about it.
If you want to drive south to Canton be sure to stop by MAPS. www.mapsairmuseum.org
As for Toledo I think the local ANG base has a gate guard or two.
